With a plan to broaden its presence in the Caribbean, Hilton
has announced the signing of a franchise agreement for the newly planned Paradise
Breeze Nassau.
In collaboration with B.P.G. LTD with an expected opening of
2028, Paradise Breeze will join Curio Collection by Hilton, marking the debut
of the collection brand in the Bahamas and Hilton’s return to the island.
“Hilton remains committed to strategic
growth across the Caribbean, where we have a robust pipeline of new hotels
and resorts and plans to double our footprint in the coming years,” said Pablo
Maturana, vice president, development and architecture, construction and
design, Caribbean and Latin America, Hilton in a statement.
He added, “The project exemplifies how we are thoughtfully
expanding our presence by partnering with strong owners to deliver distinctive
hotels in high-demand destinations that matter to today’s travelers.”
The newly constructed Paradise Breeze Nassau, Curio
Collection by Hilton will be an 11-story building featuring 125 accommodations
with breathtaking views of the picturesque shoreline. Nestled on West Bay
Street just three miles from the airport, the hotel is only five miles from
shops, restaurants, and attractions.
With both hotel and residences, Paradise Breeze Nassau will
offer the perfect blend of comfort and Hilton’s signature hospitality. The
resort will boast an array of high-end amenities, including almost 15,000
square feet of state-of-the-art spa and fitness facilities, padel and squash
courts and a 5,000 square foot infinity edge pool overlooking the sea. More
than 4,000 square feet of private and flexible event space cater to meetings
and events.
Culinary experiences include three distinct dining venues: an
all-day dining restaurant overlooking the pool and Caribbean Sea, a rooftop
specialty restaurant with panoramic ocean views and a pool bar serving fresh
juices, light and healthy bites, and handcrafted cocktails throughout the day.
An artisanal bakery, curated market, and sophisticated coffee bar further
enhance the experience.
